Ta có $m>0\Leftrightarrow \sqrt{m}>0$
- Nếu $\sqrt{m}-1<0\Leftrightarrow \sqrt{m}<1\Leftrightarrow 0<m<1$ thì $A<0\Rightarrow m<\sqrt{m}$
- Nếu $\sqrt{m}-1\ge 0\Leftrightarrow m\ge 1$ thì $A\ge 0$ $\Rightarrow m\ge \sqrt{m}$
