I have some problems with my health but I can improve it in many ways. First, I should have a balanced diet: eat more fruit, vegetables and eat less junk food. I drink a lot of water a day and I hardly ever drink fizzy drinks . Second, I should do more outdoor activities such as cycling, running and walking. I also have to watch less TV and spend less time getting online to chat with friends. These can help me be more active. And finnally, I should wash my hands regulary to keep my self clean to avoid illness. I think that I will have a better health in the future. My favourite drink is hot chocolate. I often drink it in the winter, when the weather is cold. Hot chocolate is made from fresh milk, chocolate chips and condensed milk. It's easy to make hot chocolate. First, you cook fresh milk over a low heat until it's hot. Then, add chocolate chips into hot milk. Finally, you add some vanila and condensed milk, stir it and enjoy the drink. This drink has a special taste : It's sweet but it has a bit bitter. A lot of people like drinking hot chocolate, especially in winter because it helps them keep warm their self. I love hot chocolate very much.
