2. “I’ll drive you to the airport.” John said to Linda. (John insisted..............)
3. “You have passed the final exams. Congratulations!” Jim said to me.
4. It was nice of you to invite me to the dinner. Thank you”, Miss White said to Peter.
5. “Don’t play with the matches!” I said to Jack. (I warned...................)
6. “You didn’t do what I said”, the mother said to her son.( The mother accused............)
7. “Sure, I don’t mind at all if you use my typewriter. Go ahead.” he said (allow)
8. Do you know where my tennis racquet is, Mum?” she asked her Mum
9. “Would you like to go to the cinema, Jerry?” asked Tom (Tom invited.)
10. “I shouldn’t do that if I were you” He said
11. “You should go home and rest for a while”, said the boss.
His boss advised him
12. “I’ll give it to him tomorrow”, John said.
13. “Don’t forget to give the book back to Joe”.
