I normally have three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I often have pork and fish for lunch and dinner. Bananas and oranges are two types of fruit that I consume the most. I usually eat carrot and potato as they are very nutritious. I believe eating more fruits and vegetables are very healthy as they contain many vitamins, minerals and fiber needed for physical health. I do like fast food because of their nice tastes, but I try to control my consumption of this food because of its unhealthy effects. During the day, I often drink water and sometimes some fruit juice. I have a bad eating habit of eating late at night. I am trying to get rid of it by eating more in dinner so that I will not feel hungry before bed. Besides having good eating habits, it is necessary for people to take regular exercises to stay in shape.
