 Xét một thửa ruộng hình chữ nhật. Nếu tăng chiều dài thêm 6m và giảm chiều rộng 3m thì diện tích của nó không đổi. Diện tích của thửa ruộng đó cũng được giữ nguyên khi ta tăng chiều rộng 2,4m và giảm chiều dài 3m. Hãy tính diện tích thửa ruộng.
