Being healthy is an undeniable factor that helps us achieve success as well as lead a meaningful life. In order to be healthier, I have done a lot of activities, include walking, taking up yoga and riding a bike. In the morning I usually pratice yoga in bed for about 30 minutes. Then I move on to do personal hygiene and go out to walk around my neighborhood. I jog for 15 minutes and come back home to go to school. Everyday I go to school by bike as a good way to stay in shape. Aforementioned activities has helped me a lot to have a good health and I'm so thankful for them.
