Da có vai trò quan trọng như vậy nên trong quá trình sống chúng ta cần biết cách vệ sinh và bảo vệ da.Phải thường xuyên tắm rửa, thay quần áo và giữ gìn cho da sạch để chống bệnh ngoài da; thường xuyên rèn luyện cơ thể để nâng cao sức chịu đựng của cơ thể và của da.Tránh làm da bị xây xát và bị bỏng chính là hai cách giúp bảo vệ da.
