Health is very important for our life because we need help to work, to study, to everything so we should protect our health through our everyday activities. Firstly, we should sleep and rest enough. We need to avoid staying up late and waking up late because it will make us tired. Secondly, we should not watch a lot of TV or spend a lot of time playing games because it will hurt our eyes. Thirdly, we should not eat much junk food because we can put on weight. We should eat more fresh fish ,fruit and vegetables instead to get enough protein and vitamins. Finally, exercise is very important. Doing exercise everyday can help us stay in shape and have good health. I hope that our health will be better if we follow these activities regularly.
