In this essay, I shall describe the rhino and give some solutions to protect this animal. Rhinoceros often live in grasslands and tropical, subtropical forests in Africa and Southern America. Nowadays, there are about 17,000 rhinoceros in the world. They are from 1.2 to 1.8m tall. In addition, they can be from around 1000kg to 3000kg. They do not eat human. Their main food is grass. Rhinoceros can live about 40 years but because of the habitat destruction and illegal hunting, they are now on the verge of extinction. To prevent this, the authorities should have strict law to protect not only rhinoceros but also wild animals. Besides, the goverment should raise the awareness of people in order to stop hunting rhinoceros.
