Ở vùng sinh trưởng của một buồng trứng có một số tế bào sinh dục sơ khai chứa 3680 NST. 1/40 số tế bào đó chuyển qua vùng chín, giảm phân tạo 2 trứng, 2 trứng này đều được thụ tinh . a.
