A Wouldn’t you? Why? = Thế à ? Tại sao ? => đây là kiểu nói “THẾ À ?” dùng để tiếp nối câu chuyện mà người nói trước đang kể và câu gốc là PHỦ ĐỊNH nên cũng dùng PHỦ DỊNH. Lý thuyết như sau: * Cấu tạo: Trợ động từ của thì + chủ ngữ? (chủ ngữ = 7 đại từ nhân xưng) (Nếu là câu Phủ định thì Phủ định trợ động từ) A: “I am tired.” (tao mệt) B:”Are you?” (thế à?) C:”My uncle likes Rock.” (chú tao thích nhạc Rock) D: “Does he?” (thế à?) E:”Juliet didn’t met Romeo.” (Juliet đã không gặp Romeo) F:”Didn’t she?” (thế à?) * Các ý còn lại: - It’t out of the question: không thể nào, chắc chắn không thể. - I’d rather you didn’t => câu gốc là câu điều kiện chứ không phải việc thật nên câu này không có ý nghĩa. - Would you, really? => chỉ dùng để tiếp nối câu khẳng định.
