Com Lang Vong is a culinary specialty of Vietnam. This is a typical product of Vong village in the past, named Hau village, in Dich Vong commune, Tu Liem district; now belongs to Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi. According to many elders in Vong Village, the name comes from the village's terrain in a circular path, that is, walking around the village following a road. Outside the circle is another village boundary. The village includes many villages such as Vong Tien, Vong Hau, Vong So, Vong Trung. Nuggets are wrapped in 2 layers of leaves, a layer of fresh leaves ensures that the nuggets do not dry out, the outermost layer is the fragrant lotus leaf, tied in fresh yellow sticky rice straw, making the dish even more local. The craft of making nuggets in Vong village originates from the legend: In one autumn a thousand years ago, when the rice started to bend the fishing line, it rained heavily, the wind was heavy, the dyke broke, the highest rice field in the field was sunk. Vong villagers had to pick up those young rice flowers and bring them to dry, to eat gradually, to fight hunger. Unexpectedly, the reluctant product has its taste, very attractive, making the Vong village people often make it to eat when autumn comes. Each time doing it is a time to draw experience and create more green, thinner, more flexible, and fragrant seeds.
