Ngoài ra còn có cấu trúc dùng để nhấn mạnh tân ngữ:
* Đối với tân ngữ chỉ người: It + was/ is + O + whom/ that + S + V
Ví dụ: The girl visits her grandparents every month.
-> It is her grandparents that the girl visits every month.
* Đối với tân ngữ chỉ vật: It + was/ is + O + that + S + V
