My favorite food is omelette. It is simple but delicious food, I eat it every day. To make it, there are 5 steps. First, beat the eggs together with salt and pepper.Then, heat the oil over high heat in a frying pan. Next, pour the eggs mixture into the pan and cook for two minute. After that, fold the omelette in half. And finally, put the omelette on a plate and serve it with some vegetable. I love omelette.
