Teamwork is crucial to be a successful organisation. Some people think that a good leader plays an important role in a company whilst others have contrast opinions. Although leaders lead an organisation, teamwork help on its own.
On the one hand, the leader decides all the important decisions in the company... If these are not taken wisely, the company will suffer. A leader in the face of an organisation, they are the reason for the growth of the company or the loss of the company.
On the other hand, companies are not created by one person. It is a collaboration of joint effort. Companies are a group of people who achieve an objective. Efforts of these people can help for the growth of the company.
In conclusion, both are vital for the growth of a company. In my perspective, the good leader decides and teammate follows which lead to success.
