Topic 1:

1) Because the energy we are using right now are mostly from non-renewable energy, which mean those energy source will run out soon in the future. If we don't ssave enrgy right now, then electrical taxes will be increased.

2) I can off the lights when I don't use them often and unnecessary. Two, I can increase the temperature in the air-conditioner a little bit to decrease the eletrical taxes and so does the non-renewable energy source.

4) I'll use a hand fan, or a electrical fan to keep cool and some time I'll use the air-conditioner if the sky is too hot.

5) I'll use a bike, go on foot or sometimes using my motorbike.

6) No. Because some researchs say that every time we open the fridge door, the fridge will be increased in temperature 1%. That's useless for things like cooling the raw fishs, meats, and vegetables.

Topic 2:

1)There are a lot of traffic problem in Vietnam. Usually are traffic jams, people who don't weat the safety helmet, some cross the red light when it isn't run out of time to switch to green light, some go to the forbidden road, etc...

2) I think truck accidents is the most serious traffic problem. Because trucks don't just have a driver but also goods. If there are accidents related to truck, there'll be a problem. Some trucks are too big compared to the small road size in Vietnam, meaning there'll be a lot of dead people, goods that are vegetable will be smashed down, very waste and making a awful road.

3) To solve truck accidents, I think we'll need more careful about truck driving licenses. Maybe some of that are faked, some of that are expired, some of that are not expired but they use for a very old truck or non-safety truck.

4) Road users must obey the traffic rules. When there're traffic signs, they should know the meaning of the signs and stricly obeyed it. For drivers, they should know their responsibillity when they have guests in the car and drive more carefully. For motorists, they aren't allowed to illegally organize street racing races. Government should have a "nicer" taxes for some common traffic problem to prevent traffic accidents will happen in the future
