I live in HCMC and it is my hometown. HCMC is also known as the biggest city in Vietnam. I been living there for .... (bạn sống ở hcmc bao nhiêu năm thì bạn thêm vào nha) years. the city has a great culture to explore and delicious food either. People in HCMC are great, almost all the foreigners comment that HCMC is nice and friendly. HCMC has so many great places to visit but the most 4 famous and not to be missed are Ben Thanh Market, Independence Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Sai Gon center Post Office. And if you want to go somewhere in summer for cool things you can go to Dam Sen water park. From the top, as I say HCMC city is the biggest city in Vietnam, the atmosphere isn't very nice. Ho Chi Minh City (also still called Saigon) is famous for its pho (traditional Vietnamese noodle soup) and pork rolls ( cái này là famous food ). Often the best places are shops and stalls named after family members, such as "Aunty" or "Chi" (meaning sister) followed by a number representing their order in the family and, finally, their name It is quite pollution cause there are so many factories and workshops and more. The famous pollution is air pollution and water pollution. Some of the things most people dislike are, it's the occasional rip-offs, bribes, and red tape that makes the system more complicated than it has to be. There's also heavy traffic and the “unique” driving style of people makes it scary just to even cross the street. And just like any city, there is a lot of noise and pollution.
