As we know,health is the most important of every person in us.So,if you look after and practise it everyday,you can have a good health and it's good for your life so much.And in this essay,I'll tell you some tips will make you have a good health:
-First,we must know how to keep clean .Example:when you see your hands or your clothes dirty,you should wash them as soon as well.
-Next,you should have a good diet : don't eat too much meat or rice ,don't make your stomach too hungry.And remember,vegetables and fruits are good for your health.
-And the most important: do exercise everyday,it can help you feel better and avoid some disease !
-Finally,you must sleep enough for relax.Don't stay up too late at night or wake up too late in the morning.
