It has been recently reported that many students have to suffer from stress and pressure. I'd like; therefore, to suggest some solution to this problem. Firstly, students should try to think positively and optimistically. When feeling depressed and stressed, let's take a deep breath, then say to ourselves: "Take it easy", "Everything will be alright", or "You can win them all". In this way can we reach calmness, which plays a vital role in helping us overcome stress and pressure. Secondly, taking up hobbies to get over stress and pressure is highly recommended. We all know that hobby is something we are keen on it; thus, taking up hobbies is an effective method of relaxing our mind as well as wiping out stress and pressure. Last but not least, the parents should get to comprehend their children well. Parents should not put too high expectations on their children. Moreover, they'd better listen to their children and allow them to pursue their dreams. They ought to empathize with and assure their children whenever they have to face up to a difficult challenge. In conclusion, these above solutions ought to be carried out so that students can easily overcome the pressure and relieve tension.
