My favorite Vietnamese traditional dish is Sesame Salted and Salted Rice Rice. Selected sesame seeds, roasted fragrant, let cool and crushed; Roasted peanuts, peeled, crushed. Then, mix well peanuts, sesame with spices, sugar and crushed salt. Rinse the rice clean, then remove the rice husks, drain the water and place it in the pot to cook. When the rice is cooked, dig out the basket, wrap it around the bag with wet towels and press the rice tightly with the palm of your hand to make it firm, not to loose.
When the rice is stuck to form a block, use the hand to make a cylinder of the rice, roll the outside towel and roll over to make the rice block more smooth.
