Population is an issue that is concerned by the whole society. Rapid population growth is the cause of backward poverty. The rapidly growing population is closely related to the material resources that feed people (food, water, clothing, etc.) will be seriously deprived, causing great difficulties for poor families. In particular, the sudden increase in population makes the expenses for health, education and culture of the State unable to meet. Poor households cannot afford to pay for their children's education, not yet sick. As a result, illiteracy and drop-out among children of all ages and people's long-term illnesses due to lack of conditions for medical treatment. So population growth will make backward poverty more serious.
