Cong Vinh was born in Quynh Lam, Quynh Luu, Nghe An and was the only son of Mr. Le Cong Due and Mrs. Ho Thi Tue, on whom he had 2 older sisters and later a youngest sister. When Vinh's younger siblings were young, because of difficult family circumstances, her mother worked away from home, so it was mainly thanks to her father's care for her family. But when a sudden disaster struck, once on the road, Vinh's father was hit by a passenger car and was seriously injured, his medicine and hospital fees made the family nearly exhausted. After recovering, also because he wanted to reduce the hunger and hunger for his children, Vinh's father made a risky and wrong decision to sell drugs with the desire to "change his life". But from the first time, he was arrested and sentenced to 12 years in prison, then Cong Vinh was only 13 years old. Father entangled with labor, at this time the mother ceased from the whirlpool of her living to take care of her children. However, the Vinh sisters faced another sadness when their parents parted ways. Then after 8 years of good re-education, Vinh's father was free ahead of schedule.
