My favourite is Quang noodles. Quang noodles is the most popular food in Viet Nam, especjally in the Central Viet Nam. We can enjoy Quang noodles for all kind of meals during the day, from breakfast to dinner, and even fer a late night snack.
There are now many kinds of Quang noodles, which can be made from ingerdienhts such as pork and shrimps, or more special ones such as chicken, fish and ells. Howere, the dish which is made in Quang Nam Province's Phu Chiem Village is the most favored because of its dtresh interdients, as well as its distinctive broth and flavour. The ingerdients include rice, which is grown along the Thu Bon River and the broth made from pork, fresh shrimps, eggs and peanuts.
