Today I want to tell you what I do in my free time. In my leisure time, I usually play a sport. Because playing a sport will make you stay fit and healthy. And my all-time favourite sport is Badminton! I often play badminton in my school yard with my friends. In fact, playing strenuous sports makes people more energetic and stronger day by day. For me, this is not only a sport or a physical exercise but also an ideal way for me to relieve of stress and to make new friends. We can improve our skills through discussion and practicing with each other. Playing basketball helps me to develop skills such as team-work, problem-solving and co-operation.
