People hold different opinions towards defining a good company. From my viewpoint, to become a good firm, it must meet three main criteria. Firstly, the company should have positive profit as it is difficult for one to survive if it keeps on suffering from loss. Secondly, in order to be considered as a good firm, it should invest on improving customer satisfaction as well as employee satisfaction. Thirdly, the company should also have corporate social responsibility, which helps the company grow sustainably.
