My family understands how difficult it is to do all of the housework on one's own, so we always work together to complete household chores. My family consists of four members: my parents, my younger sister, and myself. My parents, like many other families, work every day, so they are super busy. My father is in charge of the heavy lifting. My mother does the majority of the cooking and grocery shopping. As the family's oldest child, I am responsible for the majority of the household chores. Every day, I wash clothes, do the dishes, and water the houseplants. When our mother is busy, my younger sister does the cooking. One of my responsibilities is to take out the trash and clean the refrigerator once a week. My younger sister and I take turns setting the table for meals and cleaning the house. We all know that many hands make light work, and this will also help to create a positive family atmosphere. As a result, we are willing to collaborate on household tasks. My family brings joy to me. I love my family so much.
