Hello everyone! I'm.......,I'm twelve years old and I'm living in.... city. I study in...... high school. Today, I will make a list of something we should do on the weekend to keep-fit.
We should wake up at 6.00 o'clock on the weekend. We make our bed before doing personal hygiene. After that, we should do exercise. And then, we brush our teeth and take a shower. We should have breakfast at 7 o'clock, to have a good health, we can eat as much as possible vegetables and fruits or many nutritional foods like meet, fish or egg. When we finish our breakfast, we can take a dog for a walk around the park. We can play badminton in the park, ride a bicycle, in the afternoon, we can go to the pool to swim. We can do many things, but make sure we still keep healthy.
