Today I’m writing to tell you what I do to keep fit and better my health.
Fristly, I have a balanced diet. I drink a lot of water (2 liters a day). I don’t eat fat, meat, junk food and fast food. Of course , I don't smoke, drink beer, wine and whiskey because they destroy my body. The second thing is that I do exercises regularly. I can walk, jog, run, or play sports: swimming, playing soccer, playing volley ball,..It helps me stronger and healthier. Last but least, I sleep enough. I sleep eight hours a day and go to bed before 10.00 p.m. I think it is good for my skin, makes me feel refreshed in the next morning.
