In my household, everybody cooks. Both my parents are very good at cooking. Each of them have their own tips and special dishes. That's why they both go shopping if needed.
My sister and I are trained to cook since young age. We used to just cook with what our parents bought, but now we can both go shopping for food anytime we want, and we can shop for food of the new generations that parents would never thought would be "that good" - said my mom.
