Hi ...,
Today, i will talk to you about the festival I attended. It's Mid-Autumn Festival. We celebrate it in the middle of fall, on th day that the moon is full. It lasts one day. Before the festival, people prepare traditional mooncakes to eat or to send to their friends and relatives. On the day of the festival, families get together to celebrate the end of the harvest season. In the evening, families watch the full moon, eat mooncakes, and sing moon poems. The Vietnamese believe that on that evening children can see a lady on the moon. They also believe that when chuldren make a wish to the lady, their dreams are come true. Everyone has a great time.
It's great. You can't miss it!
Best friend,
