How are you? Today, I write this letter to tell what I do every day to keep fit and better my health.
Health is the most valuable thing. That’s why we must have good health.First, in terms of physical health, I often do morning exercises every day. I have a balanced diet. I drink a lot of water (2 liters a day). I don’t eat a lot of junk food, meat, pork and fast food. And I never smoke, drink beer, or wine. The second thing is about my mental health, I always ride a bike, read books, listen to music, play sports and others in my free time to relax. It helps me stronger and healthier. A good mood can lead to better health so that I can do many things. And the last one is I sleep enough. I always sleep eight hours a day, go to bed before 10 p.m. I think it is good for me to wake up comfortably tomorrow morning.That's what I've done to make every day nice to keep fit and obtain a better health.
