Hanoi March 20, 2021
Dear Hoang
Hi, how are you? I'm fine. Remember the day when we were still playing on long dikes, now everyone is in one place, you are in the countryside, I am in the city. Since coming to Hanoi city, I feel very strange and have learned a lot of things, up here I also have many friends like when I was in the countryside. Here I would like to tell you about the city of Hanoi.
The name Hanoi means the land within the river. Hanoi is the land that has been created by the Red River and alluvial deposits over the thousands of years. The prominent geographical feature of Hanoi is its abundance of lakes. Some famous lakes have gone into poetry and music such as Hoan Kiem Lake, West Lake, Truc Bach Lake, Thien Quang Lake, Bay Mau Lake ... Another feature is Hanoi - the city of green trees. Most of the streets of the center of Hanoi are covered with rows of green trees, so the air is very fresh.
The capital Hanoi has many scenic spots. Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam is a precious relic showing the high cultural level of our people and the interest in training the country of ancient feudal dynasties. Van Mieu has a stele house, in which there are 82 steles bearing the name of the students from the exam in 1442 to 1779. Quoc Tu Giam is located in the Van Mieu area built in 1076, at first it is the place to teach the The prince, after expanding his audience, recruits excellent students in the world. Quoc Tu Giam can be considered as the first university in Vietnam. There are many more things I want to tell you but I have to go to school right now, I would like to stop writing here. Wishing you well, Hoang!
