Long time to see you and your family. Do they still healthy? I still remember the first time I have ever tried Vietnamese Spring rolls dishes made by my mother at home. Have you ever eaten it? It is so yummy with the crispy shell outside but soft inside. It's easy to make this dish at home.
The ingredients including eggs, lettuce, shrimps, rice vermicelli, suger, peppers, rice paper. At the begin, you bring a medium saucepan of water to boil. Boil rice vermicelli 3 to 5 minutes, or until al dente, and drain.
The next step, you mix the ingredients (eggs, lettuce, shrimps, rice vermicelli with suger, salt, and peppers). After preparing the ingredients, you can wrap the rice paper with the mix in the centre. Remember folding uncovered sides inward, then tightly roll.
And the last step, you fry them with oil in the pans. The dish is usually eaten with dipping sauce or pickles. It is very popular food in Vietnam and appear in every festival time and special occasions.
