In the modern life, health is becoming more and more essential. Therefore, people have prioritized their well-being than ever before and so do I. Honestly, my health is the weakest of all the family members even worse than my mom’s and I attempt to exercise every day. I suppose I can’t keep my concentration on doing exercise when being at home. Besides, my friends always convince me to go to the gym. After that, I almost appeal to the gym’s facilities that the machines can transform my body as well as stamina. And one thing I can’t deny going to the gym is the friendly atmosphere in the gym. When coming to the gym, I usually use a treadmill as warm-up exercise to adapt myself to condition. Next, I’m going to have some push and pull ups which are my mainly favorite activities. Additionally, I adore exercise bike too and since I started cycling, my stamina is increased greatly that I am able to play football all the match. I have still had lots of favorite activities but the ones I listed above, are my top list. In general, having a good health system will enhance your mental and physical health, which means your working process is more effective in any circumstances
