I have had a hobby called playing sports since I was a 6-year-old child. I like playing it with my friends or my relatives whenever i have free time such as when I finish my school day or at weekends. I like sports because it brings enormous benefits to me. First, playing sports helps strengthen my health. Only by half an hour a day playing sports can I have a strong heart, beautiful muscles and help me stay in shape. Second, sports make me free from stress as playing it burn calories so much, therefore, I can be completely free from pressure and stay tuned for a new-coming day. Last but not least, playing sports motivates me to improve my mental health since there are a brunch of sports which help to develop thinking ability such as chess or strategic sports like football, hockey, etc. In short, I like playing sports because of the advantages above.
