I am writing to look forward to the warranty for the mobile phone I bought two weeks ago from your store. The phone was deactivated after only one week of purchase and I have a valid replacement warranty for the phone. I hope you will replace it for me immediately.Two weeks ago I bought a new mobile phone from your authorized store. I have visited your store a few other times to buy different electronics. However, this time my experience was disappointing and quite angry because after only a week, the new phone did not follow my expectations.I immediately went to your store to explain the problem to the staff and returned it for a warranty.
