A day in my life is loads of activities. I wake up at 5.30 a.m. To start the day, I go running for 30 minutes. When I finish the workout, I take a shower. I usually have cereal and a glass of milk to charge the energy for a whole day. After all, I study from 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. For lunch, my mom usually prepares rice, beef, salad, or some vegetables and soup. In the afternoon, when I wake up from the nap, I continue to study. Right after, I do a little bit of exercise to keep me fit. When night comes, I have a healthy dinner. And finally, it's time to relax after a tiring day, I listen to music, watch some online videos, and then go to bed.
