Yes, I think so because when we help the others we don't need anything from them but for their happy life. So I think people will have more energy to do the other things after the chain of help times.
For most people, they will be motivated if their job involves helping others. Unless their job is badly paid or that is a tiring job. A good way to have the time of your life is by lifting others up. Because the more you help others, the more happiness you get.
