Dear Anine !
Remember it was on my birthday. I also celebrate birthdays like many other children, running, dancing, singing, joy. Until the evening when the party was over, I was exhausted and leaned on the bed and fell asleep. Suddenly a light flashed and faded, I was surprised that I was in a strange place. I sat on a bench, surrounded by a beautiful river. And especially, beside me is someone I admire and an idol in my heart. It is none other than the first African-American President Barack Obama. I completely froze in that moment. After a few minutes of being stunned, there was a series of crazy acts of glee.
He smiled fondly and said hello to me. I did not know the second episode because he could speak Vietnamese. But I still replied him with a friendly smile and greeting. You and I talk about each other's lives together. I don't think a noble president like him is so friendly and funny. Me and you talk about your life before and after being president. Discuss the difficulties and benefits he has accumulated and overcame after taking office.
That dream gave me a wonderful moment and I cannot forget it. It's a bit regretful though, because it only takes a second for me to hug him. He has infused me with an energy, a powerful cause for life. He gave me new inspiration. My dream in the past was a dancer and now I have another dream that is to be president like my idol.
Love,
Hoai Anh
