$=4[\sqrt2\sin(\dfrac{x}{2}+\dfrac{\pi}{4})]^2$
$=4.2\sin^2(\dfrac{x}{2}+\dfrac{\pi}{4})$
$=8\sin^2(\dfrac{x}{2}+\dfrac{\pi}{4})$
$=8\cos^2(\dfrac{\pi}{2}-\dfrac{x}{2}-\dfrac{\pi}{4})$
