My favourite food is omelette. To make omelette, we need two eggs, a pinch of salt, a half teaspoon of pepper and two teaspoons of oil. First, we beat the eggs together with salt pepper and cold water. Then, we heat the oil over high heat in a frying pan. Next, we pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for two minutes. After that, we fold the omelette in half. Finally, we put the omelette on a plate and serve it with some vegetables. It's so delicious !
