You know many people around the world have food poisoning? Yeah, a lot but don't worry I'm here to tell you "HOW DO WE EAT TO STAY HEALTHY". We need to split 3 meals per day. If you miss 1 meal, you will get hungry. Not only that, you must choose the food which are safe and good. if you choose wrong food, you will have a stomach-ache and your health will be in danger. Remember, don't eat fast food because you will get fat and even weak. You should eat more vegetables because is the best food for you to be healthy and try to eat more fruit, it's good, too.
