as we all know,health is very important in our life.if you ill or have severe illness,you won't be able to work or earn money to feed yourself and your family.so,you must do something to stay healthy.firstly,you should eat 3 meals each day,fully replenish water for the body.make sure that you include healthy foods in your daily meals such as vegetables,fish and stuff like that.secondly,you should do exercises everyday.exercises are done by many people and all of them are healthy.last but not least,you should sleep enough 8 hours a day,avoid staying up late to have a good heath.
