I believe that technology would be highly beneficial to students learning at home. Nothing beats mastering whatever, wherever you like online. The internet is helpful because it allows students to locate information rapidly. Students will ask questions about topics they don't know on some forums and get answers from people all around the planet in a matter of minutes. They still don't have to purchase books or waste a lot of money on transportation to school. However, using technology to learn at home has drawbacks. The first is that they no longer wish to learn the hard way and falsely believe that they can find anything online. Next, multimedia technologies making it difficult for students to concentrate on what is important to them. Finally, technology abuse occurs when students use a computer as entertainment. Unfortunately, this is the case with the majority of students. In conclusion, if students have autonomy over their technology use, it would be the best platform for learning.
