5. $x^{2}-4y^2=(x-2y)(2y+x)$

7.$a^{6}-b^3=(a^2)^3-b^3=(a^2-b)(a^4+a^2b+b^2)$
8. $(x+y)^{2}-(2-y)^2=(x+y-2+y)(x+y+2-y)=(x+2y-2)(x+2)$
