Here are some tips as response to your email yesterday.
First, you should eat healthy food such as: fruits, vegetable, fish and drink enough water everyday to stay healthy. You should also eat less meat as well as fast food
Second, you shoud do exercise everyday but you have to choose a suitable one.
Third, you need to sleep more and avoid standing still for a long time, which could lead to obesity.
Finally, you should have regular health check-up. Visiting the doctor at least once a month to find out any diseases you may have.
