I think university is important. Because university is not simply a place to "plow hoes" with books. The real value of a college degree is in the change in your perception, thinking and attitude during your time at school, thereby laying the foundation for you to go into life. College is also an environment to practice skills and build relationships - things necessary to survive in this fiercely competitive society. Perhaps you have experienced that fierceness very well if you have to collide with the outside soon.
