I want to provide food, clothes and blankets for street children. I want to do it because I want to share the things I have with children who are in need. I hope no child will be hungry and cold. I will cook food and bring it to street children on the weekends. I will also encourage my friends to donate clothes and blankets to them.

How to cook Japanese standard Tokotsu Ramen
1 Cook the broth
Rinse pig bone and chicken bone, stew for 10 hours, then comb to get water. Boil dashi water for 1 hour, also remove the water body. Mix the two water mixture together, add shoyu soy sauce and we will get tonkotsu broth.
2 Boiled meat and chicken eggs
Wash the bacon, wrap it so that the skin is bound together, tied with string or thread and stew for 1-2 hours. When meat is cooked, cut meat into slices.
Boiled chicken eggs with peach, carefully peeled and soaked in tonkotsu broth for about half an hour to infuse spices. Then, slice the egg in half.
3 Preliminary preparation of noodles and vegetables
Boil ramen noodles for 1.5 minutes, remove to bowl. Spinach, onion and syrup washed, cut, pruned through boiling water. Seaweed cut into bite-sized rectangular pieces. Yellow sesame seeds moderately.
Finished products
Scoop the tonkotsu broth into a bowl of ramen noodles. Arrange the meat, eggs, spinach and onion on the surface. Put seaweed on the side of the bowl. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Use immediately while still hot.
