I am a healthy person. Every day, I get up early to do excersise.Then, in the afternoon, I go to basketball class untill 7p.m. I always go to bed early, at 9:45.When I wake up in the morning, I don't feel sleepy because I slept for 8 hours. I play sports a lot, so I drink lots of water, about 2l a day.In addition, my meals always have vegetables,fish and meat. Because of all these reasons, I feel energetic and healthy everyday.
