I have a best friend - Le Van A, he is also my deskmate. Everyday, at lunch time, he and I eat together so I know everything about his eating habbits. He really like eating high-fat food such as fries, deep-fry food, he never eat vegetables except potatos, I think he love mashed potatoes. Fruits are also not his interest, but he sometimes drinks smoothie. I think his eating habbits is really unhealthy, and make him become more and more chubby. There are few changes I think he should do: eat more vegetables to gain more vitamins and mineral, has balanced diet.
